Product Description
[Product introduction]: A self-priming aerated mechanically agitated XCF aerated agitated flotation machine (as the suction tank of the KYF flotation machine).
[Processing capacity]: 0.2～38 m3/min
[Application range]: It can be widely used in the selection of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals, and is suitable for rough and sweeping operations in large and medium-sized flotation plants.
[Advantages]: XCF type air-filled stirring flotation machine has simple structure and strong stirring ability; uniform air dispersion, good air-slurry combination; less tailings deposition, low circumferential speed, low power consumption; can be combined with KYF type flotation machine The combined flotation unit is used as a suction tank; the structure and performance of the machine are similar to the KYF flotation machine, except that a stator is specially arranged above the impeller to form a special negative pressure zone and self-absorb the pulp. In the flotation process, rational use of flotation reagents can more effectively separate useful minerals and gangue minerals.
