The trackless equipment manufacturing sector of Shanjin Heavy Industry is pecialized in the R&D, manufacturing and remanufacturing of underground trackless equipment. --Manufacturing sector: Company products are divided into four series: including underground scrapers, underground mining trucks, rock drilling jumbo and underground service vehicles. Both products and services are benchmarked by international first-class standards. Also, R& D has been continuously developed towards intelligence and digitization.
--The remanufacturing sector is the first professional remanufacturing base for underground trackless equipment in China, which possesses the capability of repairing and remanufacturing various types of medium and high-end underground trackless equipment at home and abroad. With remanufacturing capability covering all imported underground trackless equipment models used in mines in China, it has completed remanufacturing products, including Atlas's ST-2D,ST-3.5, ST-710, ST7 scrapers, Sandvik LH307 scraper, DL-210 rock drilling jumbo, and GHH 20-ton underground mining trucks.
The 5G+ unmanned intelligent mining remote control system of Shanjin Heavy Industry is provided with an environmental perception system, a vehicle-mounted logic control system, and a data acquisition system. In this way, we can not only grasp the relative position and real-time image of the equipment in the roadway, but also get to know primary performance parameters of the vehicle and the action states of the equipment in real time from the remote-control terminal.Multi-layered safety protections can safeguard the safe and efficient operation of the equipment. The system has the characteristics of excellent performance, stable control, small data transmission delay and high degree of intelligence.
There are 22 samples in 7 categories including 0.5m³, 0.75m³, 1m³, 2m³, 3m³, 4m³, 4m³, etc. Among them, the power system has two configurations: electric and internal combustion. Each type is divided into different models according to performance, structural characteristics and configuration, expanding the individual needs of different customers and working conditions.
It is mainly suitable for underground transportation operations in non-coal mines, and can also be used for transportation in railways, highways and tunnels of water conservancy projects. It is an efficient self-unloading transportation equipment that cooperates with scrapers. Classified by load, there are 7 types: 10T, 12T, 16T, 20T, 25T, 30T, 35T, etc. The power system of each product has two configurations: air-cooled engine and water-cooled engine.
The underground service vehicle series are special vehicles customized and developed for underground operations in non-coal mines. According to different purposes, there are maintenance vehicles, material transport vehicles, mine diesel trackless fuel transport vehicles, powdered materials transport vehicles, passenger vehicles and other models, gradually realizing the full coverage of underground trackless service vehicles.
The remanufacturing sector has the ability to repair and remanufacture a variety of medium and high-end underground trackless equipment at home and abroad. The completed remanufactured products include: Atlas's ST-2D, ST-3.5, ST-710, ST7 scrapers; Sandvik's LH307 scrapers and DL-210 rock drilling rigs; GHH's 20-ton underground transport The remanufacturing capacity of mine cars, etc. covers all imported underground trackless equipment models in domestic mines, creating the first domestic professional remanufacturing base for underground trackless equipment.
