High weir spiral classifier

[Product introduction]: A device that uses solid particles to settle in the slurry at different speeds for classification.

[Processing capacity]: 10～1785 t/d

[Scope of application]: Suitable for coarse-grain classification.

[Advantages]: An automatic lifting device for returning sand is added to the sand returning end, and the configuration of the large spoon head of the ball mill is cancelled; electricity can generally be saved by 1 to 1.5 degrees per ton of ore; frequent maintenance of the large spoon head is avoided; , The unbalanced impact of the pinion.

Submerged spiral classifier

[Product introduction]: A classifier equipment whose overflow end spiral is completely immersed below the liquid surface.

[Processing capacity]: 50～1410 t/d

[Scope of application]: The spiral blades at the overflow end of the submerged spiral classifier are all immersed below the overflow surface, which is mainly suitable for ore classification with an overflow particle size of 0.15 to 0.07 mm.

Principle [Advantages]: The entire spiral of the overflow end of the submerged spiral classifier is sunk below the liquid level in the settlement zone, which has a larger area and depth; generally 1-1.5 degrees of electricity can be saved per ton of ore; avoid The frequent overhaul of the big spoon head has been eliminated; the uneven impact on the big and small gears has been alleviated.
