The central drive hydraulic rake thickener is a new and high-efficiency thickener developed by our company. The driving device is a hydraulic motor that drives a slewing bearing with an inner gear ring to rotate, and drives a vertical shaft fixed with a transmission hub installed on the inner ring of the slewing ring to rotate. Compared with the previous worm gear mechanism, the reliability of the driving parts is improved, and the maintenance is easy. The hydraulic station provides power for the drive unit. The mud deposited on the bottom of the thickening tank is scraped into the center of the thickening tank by the rotating rake, and discharged by the pump through the underflow discharge pipe. Through the force analysis of the rake and bridge, the structural optimization makes the steel structure simpler in structure, which facilitates installation and maintenance. The internal structure is simplified to facilitate the installation and debugging of the machine. Optimize the tangent feeding method to improve the stability of the mine. The use of spiral distribution tube reduces the impact and agitation of the feed material on the sedimentation layer and improves the sedimentation efficiency.
