On March 10th, three independently developed 3m3 internal combustion scrapers of Shanjin Heavy Industry were successfully launched and went to mines in western Russia.
On March 10th, three independently developed 3m3 internal combustion scrapers of Shanjin Heavy Industry were successfully launched and went to mines in western Russia. This is the second time that Shanjin Heavy Industry has stepped out of the country to the international market after the five underground trackless equipment exported in 2022. It is also the first batch export of trackless equipment in 2023, laying a solid foundation for the Shanjin heavy Industry brand to go to the world.
In order to meet the needs of foreign mines, Shanjin Heavy Industries benchmarked Atlas, Sandvik and other well-known domestic and foreign brands. According to the actual environment and industry requirements of foreign mines, the product details and configuration have been upgraded and optimized on the basis of 5 export equipment in 2022.The first is to transform the headlights of the front and rear of the equipment and the cab to make the light clearer and brighter, and to add protection for the equipment to adapt to various complex mine environments.The second is to add a far and near light switch to the electrical part. The principle is similar to that of automobile far and near light. The switching of far and near light is achieved through a switch, which makes the equipment more flexible in the complex underground environment.Third, on the basis of the previous automatic fire extinguishing system, two manual fire extinguishers are added on both sides of the front rack of the equipment. The fire extinguishers are equipped in front of the cab. Drivers can eliminate fire hazards as soon as possible, providing a solid guarantee for safe production.
In the next step, Shanjin Heavy Industry will continue to take the route of high-end customization, with the development idea of “expanding large-scale volume and strengthening quality and efficiency”, and build an independent brand of “Shanjin Heavy Industry” mining equipment manufacturing, serving domestic and foreign customers with more advanced and better-quality products, actively expanding domestic and foreign market business, winning the recognition of domestic and foreign customers, and determined to build a leading and world-class gold mining equipment manufacturing enterprise in the industry.
