The first base is based on high-tech as the engine, using VR virtual reality technology to restore real scenes, simulation teaching in accordance with the actual operation process throughout the process, using virtual reality technology to help production job training, change the traditional talent cultivation model, and build a new technology-based composite talent cultivation system. The training of shoveling and transporting skills in the mining link has been realized. Under the premise of ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment, training content such as structure, inspection, and operating parameters has been increased, and the level of standardized operations has been strengthened.The second is virtual reality and immersive.The VR simulation training system includes six functional modules: structural cognition, inspection training, task training, driving training, driving assessment, and operation assessment. It is composed of custom-developed virtual training software and equipment entity 1:1 operation console. The scenes and operation actions in the system are based on the real operation site development, through the combination of virtual simulation three-dimensional modeling and physical simulator, and a dynamic platform is added, allowing experiencers to feel the real operation effect in the roadway in a virtual driving environment.
In the next step, Shanjin Heavy Industries will work with Shandong Gold Training Center to accelerate the construction of the standard training system of the training base, focus on training teachers and system operation and maintenance personnel, improve the operation level of mining equipment operators, and help mining enterprises achieve essential safety.
