[Application range]: The double-impeller leaching stirring tank is suitable for gold leaching, adsorption and other mixing operations with low specific gravity, low viscosity, slow sedimentation, ore particle size of -200 mesh accounting for more than 90%, and slurry concentration of less than 45%.
[Advantages]: The ore flow moves smoothly, the slurry is evenly mixed, and the power consumption is low; the air enters the trough through the transmission hollow shaft, and the air is agitated by the blades, and the air is evenly dispersed; It enters the tank with uniform dispersion and small bubbles; using two new impellers, the mixing tank has a large impeller diameter, low speed, low mixing power consumption, which can reduce carbon abrasion; moderate mixing strength, consistent slurry concentration and fineness distribution in the tank , It can improve the leaching rate of cyanide and the adsorption rate of carbon; the impeller of the leaching stirring tank is lined with wear-resistant rubber, with low rotation speed and long service life.
