Mining Machinery Factory is one of the sub-sectors of Shanjin Heavy Industry. The predecessor of Mining Machinery Factory was Yantai Wuqi Cadre School. It was established in 1970. It was under the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry in 1975 and was renamed as Yantai Gold Machinery Repair Factory of Ministry of Metallurgy Industry. He went to the Shandong Gold Bureau and established the Yantai Gold Machinery Plant in Shandong Province. In 1998, it merged with the Yantai Gold Design Institute to form the Yantai Engineering Company. After decades of development, the Mining Machinery Plant has gained profound technical precipitation and humanistic accumulation, providing technical and service guarantees for the construction and development of Shandong gold mines.

 

At present, the mining machinery plant mainly focuses on beneficiation and smelting equipment, including nine categories of lifting, transportation, feeding, crushing, grinding, grading, mixing, flotation, and concentration. Among them, the ball mill series specifications are Ø900-Ø4300mm , Flotation type 0.37m³-70m³, classifier Ø500-Ø3000mm, thickener Ø3.6m-53m, stirring tank Ø0.5m-Ø10m, mining cart 0.55m³-12m³. The Mining Machinery Factory adheres to the road of combining independent research and development with introduction and absorption, and combining product research and development with market development, and actively establishes projects and strives to tackle key problems. The new products researched and developed include: vertical mill, double-action jaw crusher, high-efficiency thickener, pneumatic leaching tank, circular flotation machine, etc. The promotion and application effect is remarkable, and the product market competitiveness is greatly improved.

 

Equipment installation is one of the main businesses of the mining machinery factory. In recent years, the Xincheng Gold Mine MQY5064 ball mill has been completed. Shanjin Heavy Industry developed a series of intelligent tailing filling equipment such as Shanjin whole series non-powered tailings thickeners, which effectively solves the filling technology problem of high-efficiency thickening of fine-grained tailings and uniform homogeneous mixing in collaboration with Shandong Gold Filling Engineering Laboratory. It implemented the high-concentration filling of fine-grained tailings and the dehydration and reuse of coarsegrained tailings through promoting the implementation of the fine-grained tailings filling process. Moreover, it truly achieved zero discharge of mine tailings and the standard for green mines without tailings through subverting the traditional filling method of mines.
The vibrating screen equipment has large amplitude and high screening efficiency; it can provide wear-resistant rubber screens with a life span of 10-20 times that of steel and 4-6 times that of polyurethane; it can provide highly elastic wear-resistant rubber springs with a life span Long, low noise, convenient maintenance; provide two types of vibrating screens, seat type and hanging type;
It is mainly suitable for underground transportation operations in non-coal mines, and can also be used for transportation in railways, highways and tunnels of water conservancy projects. It is an efficient self-unloading transportation equipment that cooperates with scrapers. Classified by load, there are 7 types: 10T, 12T, 16T, 20T, 25T, 30T, 35T, etc. The power system of each product has two configurations: air-cooled engine and water-cooled engine.
Energy-saving ball mills have been recognized by users at home and abroad for their advantages of energy saving, easy maintenance, and large production capacity, and they are updated products. Compared with the traditional sliding bearing ball mill, the original sliding bearing is replaced by a rolling bearing, and the friction coefficient is reduced, which plays a significant role in energy saving and consumption reduction, at least more than 10%.
The classifier is widely used for particle size classification of ore slurry in the metal ore dressing process, and can also be used for desliming and dewatering in ore washing operations. It is often combined with a ball mill to form a closed-circuit process. The machine has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable work and convenient operation. It is based on the principle that the solid particles are different in size and specific gravity, so the sedimentation speed in the liquid is different. The fine ore particles float in the water and overflow, and the coarse ore particles sink to the bottom of the tank.
The flotation machine optimizes the impeller structure, reduces the diameter of the impeller, and reduces the circumferential speed. The air distributor and deep tank can reduce the power consumption by 30-50%. The use of top inflation eliminates the hidden danger of damaging the bearing caused by the slurry being sucked into the bearing body when the gas supply is suddenly stopped or the butterfly valve is not closed, and the service life of the main shaft components is improved.
The slurry stirring tank is mainly used for the slurry stirring before the flotation operation, so that the reagent and the slurry are fully mixed. It can also be used for slurry mixing in chemical and building materials industries, cyanidation plants, sewage treatment plants and other industrial sectors.
The hydraulic drive high-efficiency thickener is a new type of high-efficiency thickener developed by our company. The driving device is a hydraulic motor that drives a slewing bearing with an inner gear ring to rotate, and drives a vertical shaft fixed with a transmission hub installed on the inner ring of the slewing ring to rotate.
The vertical mill absorbs the advanced large-scale vertical mill technology introduced in China, and refers to the small and medium-sized vertical mills produced in China, and absorbs the design ideas of our company's stirring tank in the design. The connection method of the motor and the transmission part adopts the motor upright , Belt drive, can effectively reduce the height of the vertical mill, reduce capital investment, and reduce the difficulty of installation.
